My husband laughs at my "childlike" approach to life. I see humor in almost every situation. I said "almost". I do have a childlike approach to life. When you see life through the eyes of a child, there is an innocence that we have all lost. Children are forgiving. They forget to be "angry" with their best friend. My hope this Christmas time is that all of us will "forgive" one person. Maybe it's a brother or sister or a friend we haven't spoken to in a long time. In fact, I bet you can't remember why you aren't speaking to each other. Christmas is a time of joy and celebration. A time to rejoice. It's hard to celebrate when you harbor anger. What a nasty "tool" to carry around in your heart. Pick up the phone and call that person, or even better, write them a note. Tell them you love them. None of us has a guarantee that we will be here tomorrow. That's why we have to make the most of every day we have. Maybe that's what's in my heart. That childlike innocence that my husband refers to. I try to live everyday to the fullest. Take time to be happy. Don't let sadness or regrets bring you down. If you are sad and need to be cheered up, email me. I'll do my best to "give" you some of the joy in my heart.
Blessings Katt
